The Mind and Movement Project offers a variety of programs to meet the needs of students of ALL ages and abilities. In addition to yoga and creative movement, The MM Project offers fitness classes and private academic tutoring. Each class is taught by a certified staff member and is fun, creative, and individualized.
A wide assortment of workshops are offered for children, parents, caregivers, educators, and fitness instructors throughout the year and are structured to cover mind and movement topics.
Pre-Registration is required. Space is limited.
FAMILY YOGA CLASS

Family Yoga combines the traditional elements of yoga (breathing, postures and relaxation) with games, partner work, music, dancing, laughter and lots of fun!

STAR WARS YOGA
March 10, 2018 (Saturday) - 12:30 - 1:30 P.M.
Yogis will take part in a Star Wars themed yoga class that incorporates breathing, poses, relaxation and lots of fun!
SPRING YOGA FUN
March 24, 2018 (Saturday) ~ 12:30-2:30 PM
Children are invited to join us for an afternoon of yoga, spring crafts and edible fun (dirt cups)!
The Mind and Movement Project offers unique yoga and movement parties based on the theme of your choice. Superheroes, princesses, dinosaurs...whatever your child can imagine, we can turn into a party he or she will never forget! We will provide the venue, a certified instructor, a 30 minute age appropriate yoga/movement class, games, and a corresponding craft. It is sure to be a party to remember!
